Submission Platform
For abstract and full paper submission, the Organizing Committee of 11th MONUBASIN has selected the EasyChair web platform.
Review Process
The review process consists of the following steps:
- I. Extended abstract submission
- II. Extended abstract evaluation from the Conference Scientific Committee.
- III. Authors notification of the extended abstract acceptance.
- IV. Full paper submission for peer review
- VI. Peer review process by external evaluators coordinated by the Symposium Scientific Committee for full papers
- VII. Authors notification of the full paper acceptance as well as external reviewers' comments
- VIII. Camera-Ready paper submission for the Symposium Proceedings
- IX. Conference Program Announcement
Instructions for Authors
Extended Abstract Submission
Extended Abstracts must be written in English and submitted only through EasyChair web platform (Look above for the link). Authors must prepare the Extended Abstract according to the template provided on the button below. The total number of pages should not be more than 2, including affiliations, figures, tables and references. Accepted abstracts authors will be notified to submit full papers for peer-reviewing. Incomplete abstracts will not be considered for presentation. Only fully completed abstract submissions will be reviewed. Please note that the Easychair web platform will send an email receipt to the author and the co-authors after the author completes the submission. Authors not receiving an e-mail notifying receipt of their abstract should check with the Organizing Committee (monubasin2024@uniwa.gr) to ensure their abstract has been effectively received.
- Extended Abstract or Full Paper Submission until 31th of May.
- The total number of pages for full-paper submission should not be more than eight (8), including affiliations, figures, tables and references.
